Caesars Entertainment Corporation has appointed retired bankruptcy judge Robert Gerber as chief restructuring officer following a recommendation from the casino operator’s independent director committee, the Strategic Alternatives Committee.
Gerber will report to the Committee and help it carry out its responsibilities.
