London-based sportsbook platform provider FSB Technology has appointed Garry Pattenden as its new operations director.
The appointment will bolster the operational delivery team and help FSB Tech service the ten new B2B licensees it signed last year.
Pattenden will oversee product delivery including compliance, customer support, payments, supplier contracts, reporting, product specification, QA acceptance, account management and platform hosting.
