The Ohio legislature has sent a bill to regulate daily fantasy sports (DFS) to Governor John Kasich to be signed into law.
Representatives Jonathan Dever and Rob McColley introduced HB 132 in March this year, which gives the Ohio Casino Control Commission jurisdiction over fantasy sports, and requires all operators secure a licence.
