Lithuania’s gambling regulator the Gaming Control Authority (GCA) has agreed an information sharing agreement with the betting industry’s integrity body ESSA, with the aim of guarding against betting-related corruption.
The GCA, which operates under the Ministry of Finance, and ESSA will exchange information concerning any suspicious betting identified in ESSA members’ regulated markets that falls within the Lithuanian regulator’s operational remit.
