London-listed iGaming software and content provider GAN has raised £450,000 through a placing of its shares, with Chicago-based David Capital Partners becoming a new investor in the company.
The supplier raised the funds through a non pre-emptive placing of 1.5m new ordinary shares at an issue price of 30 pence per share to David Capital Partners and certain of its associates. The placing shares will represent 2.2 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of GAN.
