The US Third Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against New Jersey in its long running battle to repeal the state's prohibition of sports betting.
In a 10-2 decision, the court upheld previous rulings which found that New Jersey's partial repeal of certain prohibitions on sports gambling violate the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA).
