NASDAQ-listed gaming supplier Scientific Games Corporation has entered into an agreement to acquire Canadian table games developer DEQ Systems for approximately CAD$27.2m.
The supplier believes its latest acquisition will help diversify its table games through the deal, having already achieved a leading position in the sector with its Shuffle Master brand.
