Racing Victoria (RV), the regulatory body for horse racing in the Australian state of Victoria, has outlined its Minimum Bet Limit (MBL) policy ahead of the new controls coming into force next month.
Following in the footsteps of Racing New South Wales, which introduced an almost identical policy in 2014, RV will bring the new policy into force from October 1st.
