The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has set out rules and regulations to issue licences to operators seeking to offer online gambling to overseas players.
PAGCOR, the country’s regulator for all games of chance, will begin accepting applications from operators seeking an offshore gaming licence, although this will be limited to only 25 to “ensure a focused and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation.” This may be increased upon the discretion of PAGCOR’s board if circumstances warrant.
