The six founders of London-listed spread betting and CFD provider Plus500 have reduced their combined stake in the company after selling 15.5m shares for gross proceeds of £100.75m.
The founders of the company - Alon Gonen, Gal Haber, Elad Ben-Izhak, Omer Elazari and Shlomi Weizmann - notified Plus500 Wednesday that they intended to sell the shares, representing approximately 13 per cent of Plus500’s issued share capital.
