Sports data specialist Sportradar has agreed a settlement with betting and gaming solutions provider BetConstruct over the latter's use of unlicensed tennis data.
The companies have reached a confidential agreement to resolve all claims, with BetConstruct paying Sportradar an undisclosed sum as part of the settlement.
The case centred around BetConstruct and two online gaming operators who used live tennis data from International Tennis Federation (ITF) events and tournaments that was not licensed by Sportradar or the ITF.
