Australian sports betting and fantasy sports operator PlayUp is looking to expand into the United States with its acquisition of 123gaming.
The acquisition will see shareholders in 123gaming receive PlayChip Utility Tokens, a crypto-token built on the Ethereum blockchain currently being offered via an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) at US$0.01 per token. It is said to be listing on multiple crypto-exchanges later this year.
