The UK Advertising Standards Authority has upheld a complaint against lottery betting operator LottoGo.com for misleading jackpot advertising and failure to make clear that players are betting on lotteries rather than participating in them.
The ruling published Wednesday follows a similar decision issued to rival lottery betting operator Lottoland in July.
