The Portuguese government has notified the European Commission of proposed regulations to allow for shared player liquidity with other regulated gambling jurisdictions.
The regulations have been devised by the Portuguese gambling regulator SRIJ and set out the framework for allowing customers of the country's licensed online gaming operators to be pooled with players in other regulated markets which have legislation enabling shared liquidity.
