Sydney-listed The BetMakers Holdings (TBH), formerly TopBetta Holdings, has secured additional funding from new and existing investors to complete the acquisitions of Global Betting Services (GBS) and DynamicOdds.
The company will place an additional AUD$3.0m worth of shares, taking the total amounts raised from its entitlement issue to $4.5m. This will allow TBH to complete the acquisition of DynamicOdds on September 1st and GBS on September 17th.
