Toronto-listed online bingo operator Intertain Group has set the date for its shares to be admitted for trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the new corporate name Jackpotjoy plc.
Jackpotjoy's ordinary shares will begin trading on the LSE's Main Market on January 25th, at which point Jackpotjoy will become Intertain's parent company.
