Digital sports media specialist Perform Group has undergone a corporate rebrand as DAZN Group, with the business consolidated into two distinct brands, DAZN and Perform Content.
DAZN Group will continue to be led by CEO and founder Simon Denyer, who will be joined by new chief financial officer Stuart Epstein, a 20-year veteran of Morgan Stanley and a previous CFO of NBC Universal.
