Spanish gaming supplier R.Franco Group is set to take full ownership of iGaming platform provider Mediatech Solutions after agreeing a deal to acquire the remaining shares in the business.
The move follows last year's acquisition of a controlling stake in Madrid-based Mediatech as part of R. Franco's omni-channel strategy.
