Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator Fantasy Aces has filed for bankruptcy after the business' proposed acquisition by rival FantasyDraft collapsed.
The company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Central District of California, which will see the company’s assets liquidated.
Fantasy Aces looked set to be acquired by FantasyDraft last week for an undisclosed sum, only for the acquirer to call off the deal, citing issues identified during its due diligence process.
