Australian gaming giant Tabcorp has agreed an AUD$45m settlement with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) to resolve Federal Court proceedings between the two parties.
Tabcorp will make a number of admissions of non-compliance with its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) obligations under its old AML/CTF programme.
