Lawmakers in Pennsylvania have reintroduced legislation that would ban internet gambling in the state.
Introduced Friday by Representatives Thomas Murt, Matthew Baker, Rob Kauffman, Craig Staats, and Will Tallman, HB801 seeks to amend Section 1202 (a) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
It adds a paragraph to state: “The board shall not promulgate rules and regulations allowing any form of internet gambling.”
