Stockholm-listed performance marketing specialist Catena Media has acquired UK-based sports betting affiliate Online Media (UK) Ltd in a deal which could be worth £17.4m.
The acquisition strengthens Catena Media’s Paid Media segment, and adds another market channel to its customer offering with Online Media specialising in horse racing and football.
