Following the closing of a private placement with Swedish online gaming operator Unibet Group plc last month, Bingo.com Limited has elected Unibet chief Petter Nylander to its board of directors.
Last month Unibet acquired 15m common shares of Bingo.com for a total consideration of US$2.25m, representing a 25.9 per cent share of Bingo.com. This followed an agreement between the two parties earlier in the year for Bingo.com to join Unibet's new online gaming platform, Powerbyunibet.
