Eddie Tipton, the former Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) security director, is facing a maximum sentence of 13.5 years in prison after admitting to rigging lottery draws in a number of US states.
The Texas resident pleaded guilty in Dane County in Wisconsin this week to "theft by fraud" as party to a crime and "computer crime" for his role in defrauding the Wisconsin Lottery in 2007.
