Gibraltar-based lottery betting operator Lottoland has sold its minority stake in Sydney-listed operator Jumbo Interactive.
In a filing with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Jumbo confirmed that Lottoland had sold its 3,117,224 shares in the company, equivalent to a 7.07 per cent stake in the business.
The shares were sold at AUD$2.55 per share for a total of $7.95m, and comes less than three months after Lottoland made its initial investment.
