Private equity firm Z Capital has acquired Sports Information Group, a US publisher and online horse racing betting provider.
Sports Information Group is best known for its Daily Racing Form publication, first established in 1894 and now one of the most popular horse racing destinations online. It also operates the Xpressbet-powered advance deposit wagering site DRF Bets.
