Dutch gambling regulator De Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has published draft guidelines relating to operators’ ‘Duty of Care’ to protect players from problem gambling.
The draft guidelines outline the minimum measures to be taken by licensed operators to adequately protect consumers.
