Digital messaging specialist OtherLevels has poached Andy Dellbridge from its customer Camelot for a new role as head of professional services and customer success.
Dellbridge joins after more than a year as the UK National Lottery operator's head of CRM and digital player communications.
His new role will see Dellbridge manage OtherLevels' professional services business, which provides clients with a range of services such as strategic planning, managed services and help with the implementation of its solutions.
