Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy has appointed Donald DeFronzo to serve as chairman of the state lottery's board of directors.
As chair of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) DeFronzo will lead the group responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the business.
