Sportech's long-serving chief executive Ian Penrose and chief financial officer Mickey Khalifa have resigned from the company.
Penrose will remain with the business until December 31st to ensure an orderly transition, while Khalifa will continue as CFO until October 31st, although his resignation from the board of Sportech is immediate.
