Stockholm-listed gaming operator LeoVegas is expanding its presence in the German market with the acquisition of Schleswig-Holstein-licensed World of Sportsbetting.
World of Sportsbetting is a Maltese company licensed by the state of Schleswig-Holstein to offer online sports betting and casino games. It was also one of the operators that received approval for a sports betting license from the authorities in Hesse under the German State Treaty on Gambling.
