Scientific Games' sportsbook platform OpenBet has reported a record number of bets at this year's Grand National festival in the United Kingdom.
SG Digital's sportsbook processed more than 34m bets across all channels over the three-day day horse race meeting, which took place last weekend in Liverpool.
The supplier said it processed a peak of 20,000 per minute for a single operator during the meeting, a 23 per cent increase on 2017, with over 220m account transactions [...]
