The opening of the Netherlands’ regulated online gambling market is being pushed back by six months in order to give lawmakers more time to establish secondary regulations.
The country’s new remote gambling act was expected to come into force on July 1st, 2020, with the launch of licensed operations planned for January 1st, 2021.
