A revolt by shareholders of London-listed GVC Holdings over executive pay has forced one of its directors to relinquish his post on the board remuneration committee.
Peter Isola announced that he has vacated his seat on the committee after individuals holding 42.94 per cent of GVC shares voted against the directors' remuneration report for 2017 at the company's Annual General Meeting in Gibraltar Wednesday (June 6th).
