Australia's BetMakers Holdings, formerly known as TopBetta, has agreed a AUD$10m deal to acquire wagering service provider Global Betting Services.
Global Betting Services (GBS) provides corporate bookmakers with tools to create content for racing customers, alongside its Price Manager solution for manual or automated pricing.
The acquisition is being made through BetMakers' newly incorporated subsidiary BetMakers DNA, which is acquiring 100 per cent of GBS's share capital for AUD$10m, with $1m payable in cash up-front on completition.
