Breaking Data Corp (BKD), owner of popular UK sports publisher GiveMeSport, has entered into an agreement to acquire iGaming platform provider Oryx Gaming.
BKD said that it plans to leverage GiveMeSport’s 26 million Facebook fans to move into the gambling sector and create a new global gaming group which will be renamed Bragg Gaming Group.
