The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has fined casino operator SugarHouse HSP Gaming for a number of table games violations.
The first fine of $85,000 was issued Wednesday for seven incidents in which SugarHouse Casino personnel failed to properly address automated shuffler warnings at table games, resulting in games being played with compromised decks.
