AIM listed betting and gaming operator Leisure & Gaming plc has agreed the sale of its principal operating subsidiary Betshop Group, having concluded that it has insufficient working capital to continue trading.
Betshop Group operates the internet sites betshop.com, betshop.gr and betshopitalia.com as well as retail betting in Italy and Cyprus.
