Cantor Gaming and Wagering’s parent company Cantor Entertainment Technology Inc. has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company did not disclose the price of the offering or the number of shares that would be made available, but said that it would use the proceeds to repay loans, further develop its products and to pursue potential strategic alliances and acquisitions.
