Canada’s Amaya Gaming Group has announced the final closing of its private placement financing, raising gross proceeds of more than CAD$107.4m which the company says will be used to finance the design, development and innovation of an interactive platform.
Amaya raised an additional $3.9m following the final closing under its private placement financing announced in May, with the company issuing 952,200 additional common shares at $4.05 per share.
