Intralot widens net profit following solid Q1 performance

Greek lottery technology provider Intralot has reported a 10 per cent increase in net profit to €13.9m for the first quarter of 2013, following a solid start to the year which saw revenues improve by 2 per cent.

During the quarter, Intralot extended an agreement with the South Carolina State lottery for three additional years, renewed its betting license in Cyprus, entered the virtual gaming and i-bingo market in Italy and successfully commenced VLT monitoring system [...]
