NJ regulator hints at multi-jurisdictional compacts in 2015

Dave Rebuck, director of New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), has highlighted the importance of interstate and international compacts with other jurisdictions in order to grow iGaming revenues.

In a letter reviewing the state’s first year of iGaming operations, Rebuck said that compacts with other jurisdictions will be very important for building liquidity in peer-to-peer games such as poker, and noted that New Jersey legislation already allows the DGE to enter into such agreements.
