Chinese lottery supplier Netcom Technology Holdings has launched its first games via electronic video lottery terminals (VLTs) in the Hainan Province, the first time the games have gone live in the Chinese Sports Lottery market.
Through its subsidiary Shenzhen Huancai Puda, China Netcom had won an open bid to provide electronic VLTs to the Hainan Provincial Sports Lottery Administration Centre last June.
