The Iowa Attorney General's Office has confirmed that it has updated its ongoing criminal investigation against an Iowa man for allegedly manipulated Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) Random Number Generator (RNG) equipment in Iowa and then purchased two tickets in Kansas that ended up winning top prizes.
