US gaming and lottery supplier Scientific Games Corporation has been forced to accept the resignation of one of its directors, just one week after he was appointed to the board.
Scientific Games had appointed William Thompson Jr as a director of the company last week.
Thompson is the chief administrative officer and senior managing director of Siebert Brandford Shank & Co, an investment banking and financial services company, which he joined in April 2010.
