A number of leading European gaming operators are understood to be interested in acquiring Indian rummy operator Ace2three, the country’s largest iGaming business, in a deal worth up to £100m.
Ace2three has been investigating a potential sale for a number of months and is looking for cash offers in the range of USD$100m and $115m (£95m), with certain shareholders favouring a deal with European operators or gambling-focused private equity businesses.
