Chinese lottery solutions provider 500.com has agreed its second acquisition in as many weeks with a deal to acquire a 40.7 per cent stake in rival lottery supplier MelcoLot for HK$322.2m (€37.1m).
MelcoLot is a division of Melco International Development, a company led by chairman and CEO Lawrence Ho which provides a range of solutions to the leisure and entertainment sectors.
