Merkur Gaming, a subsidiary of German gaming giant Gauselmann Group, has appointed Ronnie Ferreira as general manager of its Mexico-based subsidiary, effective immediately.
Brazil-born Ferreira is an experienced gaming professional, having worked in executive roles for both operators and suppliers over the past 15 years.
He has worked for Eastern European operator Ritzio Group and Class II gaming machine manufacturer Cadillac Jack, with experience of the Brazilian, US, Uruguayan, Argentinan, Paraguayan, Bolivian and Mexican markets.
