Stockholm-listed gaming operator MRG will expand its Mr Green brand into the regulated Latvian iGaming market following the acquisition of a majority stake in locally licensed operator 11.lv.
AMRG will acquire a 75 per cent stake in the sportsbook-focused operator, which is one of the largest in Latvia and holds licences for betting, casino and live casino.
MRG will pay €2.8m for the majority stake in cash, based on an enterprise value of €3.7m for the business.
