iGaming solutions provider EveryMatrix has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of industry veteran Nicolas Fleiderman as its new chief commercial officer.

Fleiderman has more than 15 years' experience in the iGaming industry, most recently serving as a senior consultant to the newly-merged Dutch lottery operator Nederlandse Loterij. He has also served as CEO of Georgian operator Europe-Bet, overseeing the company’s US$85m acquisition by Betsson.

Earlier in his career he worked as a senior marketing manager for Betclic Everest Group's Expekt, interim head of gaming for Boylesports, and consulted for iGaming marketing specialist NetRefer.

"Nicolas is an important addition for our company and we count on his experience and talent to help us better manage and nurture our present client base," EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes said. "As CCO he will oversee our commercial teams for a better connection among these divisions, support our clients' success and improve the overall client experience."

In his new role, Fleiderman will take charge of overseeing EveryMatrix's commercial strategy to support clients' growth and driving new business acquisition, as well as leading the supplier’s account management, sales and marketing teams.

EveryMatrix believes his appointment will help ensure it offers clients the best possible services by continuously improving its platform and working closely with customers to reach target markets and key objectives.

"I am extremely excited to be part of the EveryMatrix team and I am sure that we'll keep delivering our products to the utmost industry standards," Fleiderman said. "I believe our role does not conclude to simply signing new operators, but includes offering better support and help clients develop alongside the company."
